Bandits in their numbers attacked a vehicle belonging to the Katsina State Transport Authority.
The attacker, heavily armed, according to sources, killed many passengers and abducted unspecified numbers.
The attack happened in Farun Bala village of Jibia local government few kilometers from Katsina state capital.
