Sheikh Nuru Khalid the Chief Imam of Apo legislative quaters mosque has been pronounced suspended over sermon delivered during Friday prayer.
Chairman of the mosque committee Senator Muhammad Dansadau in a statement obtained by the Hausa service of the British Broadcasting Corporation, BBC said, Khalid was suspended over “inciting sermon” advising citizen not to participate in 2023 elections.
