Former Military Administrator of Delta State, Air Commodore Ibrahim Kefas (Rtd), is dead
Kefas passed on today at Abuja, at the age of 73.
Kefas, who hails from Taraba state served as military administrator of Delta state from 1994 to 1996 during the military regime of General Sani Abacha.
