The SERVICOM Department of the Code of Conduct Bureau celebrated the International Customer Service week among public officers in the Federal Secretariat Abuja.
The week long celebration started on Monday, 7th of October 2024 with an awareness visit to The Management of The Bureau. The unit sees an opportunity to express appreciation to all staff for their effort, dedication and commitment to duty all geared towards improving service delivery.
Subsequently, the Education and Advocacy Services Department of the Bureau sees the opportunity to enlighten public officers in various MDA’s in Federal Secretariat Complex.
They noted that the CCB’s mandate is for all public officers, hence her primary Customers are people in various public offices. Public enlightenment materials were distributed during the celebration.
