As the festive season envelops us in warmth and cheer, the Board of Trustees of the National Open University Alumni Association (NOUNAA) has extended heartfelt Christmas and New Year greetings to all its members, alumni, and friends. The message, which was shared across the association’s communication platforms, highlights the significance of this season for reflection, gratitude, and renewed hope.

In his message, Muntaka Dabo, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, conveyed well wishes for peace, love, and blessings, emphasizing the importance of family and community during this time of year. “May this season bring you peace, love, and countless blessings to you and your loved ones,” Dabo wrote.

The Chairman also encouraged the NOUNAA community to use the festive period as a time for reflection. “As we look back on the year, let us give thanks for the moments we have shared and the progress we have made. Let’s also look ahead with hope and faith for the opportunities that await us in the New Year.”

In a call to collective action, Dabo urged members to remember the ongoing success and growth of both NOUNAA and the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), as well as to pray for the progress of Nigeria as a whole. He noted, “We encourage you to take this time to pray for the continued success of NOUNAA, the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), and our beloved country, Nigeria.”

As 2025 approaches, the Board of Trustees expressed their hopes for a New Year full of new beginnings, growth, and success. “May the New Year bring you and your family new opportunities, personal growth, and fulfillment,” Dabo added. “And may it bring the same to our entire association as we continue to strengthen and grow together.”

The Board of Trustees’ message underscores the spirit of unity and hope that marks the Christmas season, as well as the shared commitment to strengthening NOUNAA and its impact in the years ahead.
