Within “a few days or weeks” according to Lai Muhammad, Nigeria’s Minister if Information and Culture everything will be okay between twitter microblogging firm and the Federal government who imposed ban after an altercation.
This development came at a newsmen briefing soon after the weekly Federal Executive Council meeting in the preaidential villa, Abuja.
The minister disclosed that all areas of contention except few have been amicably resolved between the party including establishment of Nigeria office by the company and having Twitter staff of management cadre to supervise the country office.
Mr. Muhammad also revealed that the earliest time according to Twitter to open the Nigeria office is in 2022 which the negotiating team will meet and agreed on recommendations.
