Mr. Daniel Bwala, the special adviser Policy Communication to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has emphasized that the president’s team will be thoroughly equipped for the upcoming 2027 general elections.
Bwala underscored that President Tinubu is fully focused and not swayed by conversations regarding the upcoming election cycle, highlighting that the priority right now is to deliver on the commitments made during the campaign.
During a press briefing at the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Secretariat in Abuja on Wednesday, Bwala emphasized that the administration is committed to effective governance and enhancing the quality of life for Nigerians.
“The time for politicking is not yet here, and when that time comes, we will be ready for everyone.
“The president’s agenda, which is yielding positive results, will naturally endear Nigerians to vote for him again. He is constitutionally more than qualified to contest for a second term.
“And, God willing, if he has the life and health, we hope he will pursue his mandate as provided by the Constitution.”
