The newly inaugurated Governor of Borno state, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum has stormed Musa Usman Secretariat on assessment tour on Friday 31 May, 2019.
The Governor was shocked to met only three staff as at 8:30am. However the number grew up to 135 by 9:45am.
The governor who was seen sweating as he goes from one office to another looks disappointed by the low turnout. He then directed the Head of Services to immediately make the payment of leave grants to the 135 staff whom he met during his assessment tour to the Secretariat.
The Musa Usman Secretariat has close to 12,000 staff.
