Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo and the Adamawa State Governor, Jibrilla Bindow, on Tuesday met at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
They met at the Vice President’s office for over one hour.
At the end of the meeting, Bindow avoided an encounter with State House correspondents who were waiting to interview him.
He was said to have been aided out of Osinbajo’s office through another exit in order to avoid the journalists when the meeting ended around 5pm.
Adamawa State was one of the states where the ruling All Progressives Congress witnessed a rancorous primary.
A brother to the President’s wife, Aisha Buhari, and a former chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Nuhu Ribadu, contested the governorship primary against Bindow.
