MTN Appologize to User Over Network Outage

The Mobile Telecommunications Network, MTN has appologised to its subscribers over hours of service outage experienced on Wednesday.

MTN in a Statement on its social media handles says it is aware of there has been the service outage that lasted for many hours, and disclosed it “truely regret the inconveniences”

According to the Statement the outage experienced was “caused by multiple fibre cuts”

The service failure affected both voice and data services which made many subscribers took to social media lamenting the situation.
