Presidential hopeful, Pefessor Kingsley Moghalu has tendered to the Chairman, African Democratic Congress (ADC) his letter of resignation from the party.
In the letter Moghalu who lost the last week conducted presidential primary of the party, mention “class of value” between him and the party as cause of his withdrawal.
