Kano state government under the Kano State Agro Pastoral Development Project has awarded contract worth 9.2 Million to procure pure Friesian bulls for insemination.
Friesian produce large quantity of milk and the male can be fattened for quality meat, says communication specialist of the project, Aminu Yassar.
This was disclosed on Friday, shortly after signing the contract at the headquarters of Ministry of Justice in the State.
