In a three category sentence delivered by Justice Zuwaira Yusuf of Kano State High court, Poul Owne was sentenced to 104 years imprisonment for conspiring to kidnapped six underaged children alongside six others.
The man arraigned before the court with five others pleaded not guilty before Justice Yusuf pronounced the judgement.
The court found Mr. Owne guilty of charge count 2, 8, 9, 2, 27 and 34 and sentenced to 7 years each for the first category.
In the second category of the sentence, Justice Yusuf charged the defendant of count 3, 5, 10, 11, 22, 28 and 38 with also 7 year imprisonment each.
The last category, Mr. Owne was charged on count 4, 12, 13, 29 and 38 and bagged 4 years detention each.
The court has ordered the sentence to be run concurrently.
