The Governor of Adamawa State Adamu Umaru Fintiri has okayed the payment of approved national minimum wage.
Finti said the workers in his state deserved more for their dedication to civil service.
He said he is paying the seventy thousand minimum wage starting from August, 2024.
“As a demonstration of our commitment to the welfare of workers in Adamawa State, I have approved the payment of a N70,000 minimum wage starting this August. Our civil servants deserve this and more. Together, we will continue to build a prosperous future for all.”
