Former speaker house of representatives and contestatant for the post of All Progressive Congress national deputy chairman (North) has tendered his withdrawal letter from the race.
Dogara who represents Das, Bogoro and Tafawa Balewa in the national assembly, disclosed the development in a letter he signed.
He said his resolve was inspired by president Muhammadu Buhari’s preference for consensus in determining the leadership of the party at its ongoing national convention.
