Two killed and over 50 persons feared abducted after bandits invaded Ungwan Gimbiya Community of Sabo in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
It was gathered that the gun-yielding bandits, who came in their numbers at the early hours of today, took about two hours entering house after house in search of victims.
A resident, Gideon Jatau, who confirmed the attack, said the community had never had it so bad.
He alleged that there was an exodus of residents to safer places for fear of another attack.
When contacted, Kaduna State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Mohammed Jalige, promised to call back after making clarification but did not up to the time of filing this report.
