Gombe state governor, Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya, has approved the appointment of the Secretary to the state government, Head of civil services, and 10 others as part of his cabinet.
Professor Abubakar Ibrahim Njodi is the new Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Mohammed Kabir Usman Kukan Daka is the Chief of Staff, Bappayo Yahaya, head of civil services, while Usman Mamman Kamara will serve as the Principal Private Secretary to the governor as contained In a statement issued on Sunday by the Director of Administration and Finance at the Government House, Mohammed A. Umar.
The Governor also appointed five others as media aides and they include Ismaila Uba Misilli as Senior Special Assistant, Media & Publicity; Kabiru Ibn Mohammad as Special Assistant (Media); Sulaiman Musa as Special Assistant (Media); Bintu Aliyu Sunmonu as Special Assistant (Media); and Jack A. Tasha as Special Assistant (Media).
Other appointments are: Musa Habibu, Special Assistant (Protocol); Yakubu Ibrahim Sarki, Special Assistant (Protocol) and Sani Garba as Special Assistant.
The appointments are with immediate effect.
