The Kaduna Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has apprehended Halima Yakubu Ngulde for alleged involvement in employment fraud.
In a statement on Friday, the EFCC’s head of media and publicity, Dele Oyewale, said the suspect was arrested in Unguwan Kanawa, Kaduna State, following credible intelligence linking her to defrauding job seekers by promising them employment in the Nigeria Police Force, Nigerian Army, and the EFCC.
Recovered items during her arrest included a fake EFCC letterhead and several curriculum vitae belonging to job seekers.
The EFCC has confirmed that she will be charged to court upon the completion of investigations.
