In the words of Jack Buer, one of Germany’s finest writers, repeating good things is never a bad idea because it makes people learn something new each time they are retold or repeated. To say that Dr. Aminu Ibrahim Malle, the former two-term member of the House of Representatives and current Chief of Staff to the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, is a good leader is actually an understatement. To keep quite in the face of his stellar records of exemplary public services is to do a disservice to humanity, to history, and to posterity.
When leaders leaves their doors open for young and aspiring leaders to enter and tap in from their vast and largely successful leadership experiences, it automatically creates a sense of belonging on the part of the youths who in all honesty, deserves to be moulded into a better position to takeover as leaders of tomorrow. This is a trait that set Dr. Malle apart from others. He has demonstrated unalloyed commitment to grooming young leaders with sincerity, foresightedness and modesty. In fact, he doesn’t look down on others unless he’s helping them up.
You might be wondering why I am writing about this exceptionally humble leader. No doubt, the inspiration was borne out of my passion to celebrate leaders who have chosen to serve people first before self. I can confidently say that the good people of Jalingo, Yorro and Zing Federal constituency has never had it so good. Dr. Malle is a born leader and one that would take the lead in everything and expects full cooperation from others. This unambiguously points to a leader whose leadership styles are legendary and speaks volume of a highly committed leader.
Dr. Malle, in spite of the respect and admiration he commands is exceedingly simple and reachable to his people. He remains the strong and unbreakable bond that binds the youths of Jalingo, Yorro and Zing Federal Constituency as he selflessly empowered more young people through various skill acquisition programmes than anyone else in the constituency’s history. Dr. Malle is a born leader and whose leadership dexterity transcends borders. He remains a major pillar of support for the downtrodden who hitherto forms the most part of his growing fan bases.
No doubt, Dr. Malle has always emphasized on serving humanity as his primary objective. He has, and is still aiming extra hard to put a smile on the face of the less privileged within and beyond his constituency, and that’s where his heart lies.
His philanthropic gestures have, in no small measure, endeared him to the people. His massive grassroots appeal speaks volume of his unwavering popularity amongst his people. How he made himself easily reachable for his people send his reputation soaring higher. For elders, youth, rich and poor alike, he’s always available — and unhindered by protocol.
Indeed, Dr. Malls represents an assured hope to for his people. His wide embrace is big enough to shelter all without discrimination. He live very simple life, yet elaborate in service to humanity.
Magayakin Mumuye, as he’s fondly called, has deservedly earned the love of all. His towering figure still commands royalty and respect. His fast rising public profile is deeply rooted in his unquenchable desire to live a life of service. He has succeeded, albeit remarkably, in building a reputation as a people-based leader who brought several people-focused programmes to his people.
As a matter of fact, Dr. Malle’s valuable contribution in the area of youth development will continue to serve as a reference point for both the present and incoming leaders. Equally, his philanthropic gestures will continue to point him as the perfect example of a carefully planned and well oiled act of public service. History will remember him as a compassionate, generous, and hardworking leader whose primary constituency in governance is the people.
