Court Suspends PDP National Chairman Uche Secondus

Court order from a Rivers State High Court restricted Prince Uche Secondus Peoples Democratic Party chairman from further parading himself as PDP national Chairman. 

The order on Monday, came as a result of a suit instituted before the court by a group of the party members; Ibeawuchi Ernest Alex, Dennis Nna Amadi, Emmanuel Stephen and Umezirike Onucha.

In the order sighted by SkyDaily the presiding judge Justice O. Gbasah, restrained Uches Secondus from declaring himself as member of the party nor presiding over any official function as chairman whatsoever. 

It also barricaded Secondus from organizing any ward, local, state or national convention or setting up committe for that “pending hearing of the motion on notice for interlucutory injunction.”

The order also affirmed that Secondus remained suspended pending the hearing of same motion. 

The court ordered that Secondus would remain suspended pending the hearing and determination of the motion on notice.

Similarly the judge also made an order granting leave to serve by substituted means the originating summons, motion on notice and all subsequent processes on Secondus by pasting same on the gate of his house among other things.
