Pesident Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of former Military Administrator of Lagos state, Brigadier General Mohammed Buba Marwa, (Rtd) as the new Chairmanof the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).
General Marwa, who is a close ally of President Buhari, worked as Chairman, Presidential Advisory Committee for the Elimination of Drug Abuse, PACEDA, between 2018 and December, 2020.
His appointment was approved on Saturday and is with immediate effect.
