Barely 24 hours after the National Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) has seized operational licence from African Independent Television (AIT) and Raypower stations over alleged violation of the regulatory body’s code of conduct, the ban has now been lifted.
This new turn comes following the judgment of a Federal High court sitting in Abuja against the suspension and prosecution of the licence of DAAR Communications.
Following the court ruling on Friday, AIT and Raypower are back on air.
