Ibrahim Dankwambo, former governor of Gombe state has been appointed chancellor by the management of Bell University of Technology, Ota in Ogun state.
Dankwambo was decorated at the university’s 13th convocation on Friday.
Dankwambo thanked former president Olusegun Obasanjo and the management of the university for the appointment.
“I want to sincerely thank my boss, former President Olusegun Obasanjo and the management of the University for finding me worthy of being installed as the third chancellor of the institution,” he wrote.
“I promise to use my wealth of experience to take the University to greater heights,” he added.
