The Peoples Democratic Party has announced to kick off its campaign for the November 16th, 2024 Ondo State gubernatorial election.
In a statement issued by Ibrahim Abdullahi, Manga, acting National Publicity Secretary of the Party, he said the campaign will begin on Tuesday, 15th October.
The Statement reads:
“The Acting National Chairman of the our Party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), His Excellency. Amb. Iliya Umar Damagum, on behalf of the National Working Committee (NWC) invites all former Presidents and Vice Presidents who are still members of the PDP, member of the National Executive Committee (NEC), all serving and former members of the Board of Trustees (BoT), all serving and former PDP Governors, all former leaders and members of the PDP National Assembly Caucus, other critical stakeholders, teeming members and supporters of the PDP in Ondo State and across the nation to the official Flag-off of PDP Campaign for the November 16, 2024 Ondo State Governorship Election scheduled to hold as follows:
Date: Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
Venue: To be announced.
Time: 10 am.
Come let us join hands with the good people of Ondo State to ensure the victory of our Party and Governorship Candidate, His Excellency Alfred Agboola Ajayi and Deputy Governorship Candidate, Hon. Festus Olarewaju Akingbaso as the PDP leads the charge to restore good governance, economic prosperity and development in Ondo State.”
