Vice President Professor Yemi Osinbajo is at the scene of Tuesday morning explosion of Gas in Kano, to see himself the level of damage and sympathise with the victims.
Osinbajo was at the Sabon Gari scene of the accident in company of the State Governor Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, his Deputy, Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna, other top Government functionaries and the State Police Commissioner, CP Sama’ila Dikko, fsi.
In the early hours of Tuesday the Sabon Gari area of Kano recorded an explosion confirmed by the Police to be a gas cylinder explosion which claimed lives.
Osinbajo recently declared to succeed his principal, Muhammadu Buhari as Nigeria’s President under the All Progressive Congress in 2023.
