Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has tonight, alongside Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal of Sokoto state and President of the 8th Senate, Abubakar Bukola Saraki visited the Nigeria’s former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Wazirin Adamawa.

Speaking to newsmen shortly after the meeting held at the residence of the former VP in Abuja, Senator Saraki said issues related to consensus among the presidential aspirants and ways forward to strengthening the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) were discussed.
Saraki added that the interest of Nigeria and Nigerians would always be looked at hence the need to continue to work together to salvage the country.
In another development, another presidential aspirant, Senator Muhammad Hayatuddeen joined the team during the interaction session.
