Nigerian Correctional Service begins cadet officers training

150 cadets commence training at the Correctional Service Staff College, Kaduna on Wednesday. 

The training named 28th ASC Basic Vourse Batch-C is regimental training which exposes the cadets to “management and general administration of the correctional service with custodial and non-custodial component of the service” a statement by the Correctional Service Staff College Public Ralations Officer said.  

DAC AS Wadai, the CSSC PRO further revealed in the statement that the Commandant of the college; ACG Benson A. Victor “congratulated the cadets for having the opportunity to serve their fatherland having been enlisted to the Nigerian Correctional Service.”

The commandant enjoined the trainees to strictly follow the rules and regulations of the college and make the service proud. 

In the same vein, ACG Victor received in audience Commandant of Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corp, Kaduna State command, Corp Commandant GU Miebi. The commandant was in the college to seek collaboration of the college on capacity building.
